Terms of Service

The service

Nexolve (operated by VHDigital Ltd, registered in England and Wales) provides an AI Readiness Audit service for marketing, PR, and media agencies. This includes a Free Scan (instant score and summary) and a Full Blueprint (a personalised AI readiness report with a Google Sheet action plan, delivered within 24 hours of purchase).

Delivery

The Full Blueprint is delivered by email within 24 hours of payment confirmation. In exceptional circumstances delivery may be delayed; you will be notified by email. The Free Scan is available instantly on completion of the questionnaire.

Money-back guarantee

We offer a 100% refund within 14 days of delivery if the Blueprint does not contain at least one clear, actionable insight relevant to your agency. To request a refund, email vincent@nexolve.co.uk with your order reference. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via Stripe.

Intellectual property

Nexolve retains all intellectual property rights in the audit methodology, scoring framework, templates, and platform. You own the specific report output generated for your agency — the findings, scores, and recommendations that are unique to you.

You may share your report internally within your agency. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish the report content without our written permission.

Accuracy and limitations

The Blueprint is generated using AI and informed by your questionnaire responses. It represents a structured analysis and advisory output, not a guarantee of specific financial outcomes. The accuracy of the report depends in part on the accuracy and completeness of your responses. Results will vary based on implementation.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. The Full Blueprint is priced at £200 (inclusive of VAT where applicable). Pricing is subject to change; the price displayed at the time of purchase is binding.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexolve's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or the service — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Nexolve in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nexolve is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that could harm Nexolve or other users. Termination does not affect your right to receive a report you have already paid for or your right to a refund under the money-back guarantee.

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. By using the service you confirm you have read it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
